摘要:: 用量策略是医生对病人、疾病及病情进行精确判断后,给出的用量对策,是处方用药的关键环节之一,可概括为因病施量、因症施量、因势施量、因人施量、因药施量、因剂型施量、因服药反应施量、因配伍施量几方面内容,直接关系到临床疗效。本文以具体病案为例,诠释了因病施量、因症施量、因势施量、因药施量、因配伍施量等方药用量策略内涵,以助于对用量策略的理解。

Abstract:: Strategies of the medicine dosage is the key of prescription,which is directly related to the clinical effect.It is the strategies decided by the doctor according to the patients’condition,the kind of disease,et,al.It can be summarized as adjusting the dosage according to the disease,the symptoms,the condition,the constitution of the patients,the formulation,the kinds of the herbs,the reaction after taking medicine and the compatibility of prescribtion.This passage takes specific cases for example,to explain the connotation of the strategies of medicine dosage such as adjusting the dosage according to the disease,adjusting the dosage according to the symptoms,adjusting the dosage according to the condition,adjusting the dosage according to the constitution of the patients,et,al.
