摘要:
中医治疗慢性前列腺炎的方法多样。其中,外治方法因其操作简便,疗效可靠的优势,得到临床广泛应用。本文对中药坐浴、敷脐疗法、直肠栓剂、保留灌肠等外治方法进行了综述。为进一步研究中医外治前列腺炎的特色疗法提供借鉴。同时,发现文献报道大多为经验性、小样本量的临床报道,外治方法操作规范缺少统一标准,限制了临床推广应用。
Abstract:
The various treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for chronic prosatitis(CP)have been applied widely in clinical practice. Among them, external treatment methods have attracted more and more attention in treatment of CP due to its simply manipulation and reliable efficacy. The present article reviewed the external treatment methods for CP commonly used recently in clinical practice, including hip bath with Chinese herbs, umbilical therapy, rectal suppository, retention clyster, etc.,which provided some references for further studies of TCM in the treatment of CP. However, most of the reports of clinical trial on external treatment of CP reviewed in present article are experiential introduction, or small sample size, and its manipulation standards were not consistent, which become a limitation on its clinical application.
