摘要:
介绍中国中医科学院西苑医院泌尿外科治疗慢性前列腺炎合并早泄的中医辨证论治方法。该科根据治疗经验将慢性前列腺炎合并早泄中医辨证分为肾阳不足、肾气虚弱证,肾阴不足、心肾不交证,肝郁气滞证,湿热下注、痰扰精室证,气虚血瘀证五种证型,临床治疗取得良好治疗效果。
Abstract:
We introduced treatment methods of chronic prostatitis(CP)patients with premature ejaculation based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), which have formed from the Urology Department of Xiyuan Hospital affiliated to China Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine. The department divided syndrome of TCM into five types, including kidney yang deficiency, kidney qi deficiency, kidney yin deficiency, heart-kidney imbalance, hepatic qi stagnation, damp invasion of lower energizer, phlegm disturbed in essence room, qi deficiency and blood stasis according to our experiences in the treatment of CP patients with premature ejaculation, and the treatment with TCM methods based on these syndrome types achieved a good result in clinical practice.
