摘要:
目的研究不同浓度中药汤剂熏洗对缓解混合痔手术后创面疼痛的疗效。方法将80例混合痔手术后患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组20例,其中治疗组采用中药汤剂熏洗,并按浓度不同分为高浓度组(A组)、中浓度组(B组)和低浓度组(C组),每组20例,对照组采用单纯温水熏洗。分别记录各组患者术后疼痛情况。结果 A、B、C3组疼痛缓解情况均优于对照组(P<0.05),其中A、B两组优于C组(P<0.05),A、B组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论中药汤剂熏洗可有效缓解混合痔手术后创面疼痛,熏洗液浓度对疗效有重要影响。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the herbal fumigation with different concentration treatment result fumigation on ease of mixed hemorrhoids wound the curative effect of pain after the operation. Methods 80 cases of mixed hemorrhoid after surgery were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, the treatment group use of herbal fumigation hip bath, and according to different high concentration into group (group A), Moderate concentration of group (group B) and low concentration group (group C), each group of 20 cases and control the pure water. Record the postoperative pain patients respectively.ResultsA, B and C groups of pain relief situation is better than the control group (P<0.05), including A, B two group was higher than C group (P<0.05), A, B group were no difference (P>0.05).ConclusionThe treatment result herbal fumigation may be effective in relieving mixed hemorrhoid wound pain after surgery, concentration on the curative effect has important influence.
