摘要:
目的观察甘石青黛膏治疗神经性皮炎肝郁化火型的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用阳性药物双盲双模拟多中心随机对照的研究方法,将334例肝郁化火型神经性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组167例和对照组167例。治疗组外用甘石青黛膏+丁酸氢化可的松乳膏模拟剂,对照组外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏+青黛膏模拟剂,每天2次,疗程14天。观察治疗前、用药后7天、用药后14天、停药后14天的症状表现,评价临床疗效。结果符合方案集治疗组141人,有效率76.6%;对照组140人,对照组有效率为75.0%,两组临床综合疗效经χ2检验,无统计学差异。两组在靶皮损面积、皮损形态、皮损色泽、瘙痒缓解程度等方面经随机区组设计的双向方差分析,也无统计学差异。结论甘石青黛膏治疗神经性皮炎肝郁化火型临床疗效确切、使用安全,疗效与丁酸氢化可的松软膏相当。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe Clinical curative effect and security of Neurodermatitis treatment by Ganshi Qingdai Ointment. MethodsMulticenter, randomized, doubleblind, doublesimulation, positivecontrolled, parallel group trial methods was adopted. We divided 334 cases of Syndrome of Liver depression transforming into fire into treatment group and control group while each group had 167 case by random. Treatment group used Ganshi Qingdai Ointment and Hydrocortisone butyrate cream placebo while control group used Hydrocortisone butyrate cream and Ganshi Qingdai Ointment placebo, took twice everyday and treatment course was 14 days. We observed symptoms and evaluated curative effect before treatment,7days after treatment,14days after treatment and 14 days after stopping treatment. ResultsThe treatment group of perprotocol set (PPS) has 141 cases, and its total effective rate was 766%. The control group of PPS has 140 cases and its total effective rate was 750%. Two groups had no statistical significance in clinical comprehensive effect by chisquare analysis. In aspects of lesion area, lesion shape and itching ,two groups had no statistical significance by analysis of variance of twoway randomized block design. ConclusionTreatment of neurodermatitis of liverfire syndrome by Ganshi Qingdai Ointment was effective and safe, and clincal effect of Ganshi Qingdai Ointment as well as Hydrocortisone butyrate cream.
