摘要:
冲任二脉是联系脏腑、运行气血和主司经孕的信息通路。"冲任学说"理论的生殖生理基本内涵是"任通冲盛,氤氲有时",表现促性腺激素适时、足量和周期的释放,使卵巢排卵周期和子宫的月经周期正常。多囊卵巢综合征为育龄期女性常见疾病,表现为月经稀发、闭经、不孕、多毛和肥胖,是临床疑难复杂性疾病,多囊卵巢综合征冲任病理为"冲任停滞、闭经不孕",其生殖生物学基础在于促性腺激素释放失调,导致生殖—代谢信号传导障碍、卵巢多囊改变。针刺可"调畅冲任、行经助孕"治疗多囊卵巢综合征冲任停滞,作用靶点是通过调控生殖轴促性腺激素优化卵巢内微环境。
