摘要:
目的优化复方刺山柑胶囊的最佳水提取工艺。方法以甘草酸铵提取率、没食子酸提取率、浸膏得率为综合评价指标,以提取次数A(1、2、3次)、提取时间B(1.0、1.5、2.0小时)和提取溶剂用量C(8、10、12倍药材量)为考察因素,采用单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验设计法优化复方刺山柑胶囊中甘草、金钱草、诃子和黄芪的最佳水提取工艺。结果方差分析结果显示,A因素对考察指标的综合影响具有显著性(P<0.05),B和C因素的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。优选的最佳水提取工艺条件为A3B1C1,即加入8倍药材重量的水,提取3次,每次提取1小时。结论优选的工艺合理可行。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo optimize the aqueous extraction technology of compound Caper fruit capsule. MethodThe extraction technology of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Lysimachiae Herba, Chebulae Fructus, Astragali Radix were optimized by single factor design and orthogonal experiment design, taking the extraction rates of ammonium glycyrrhetate, gallic acid, and total solids as indicators, with the extraction times (A: 1, 2, 3 times, separately), the extraction time (B: 10, 15, 20 h, separately) and the amount of solvent (C: 8, 10, 12 times weight, separately) as three factors that required optimization. ResultVariance analysis showed that factor A had a significant effect on the combined indicators (P<005), while factor B and C had no significance (P>005 ). The best extraction condition was A3B1C1, that is 10 times the amount of water extracting 3 times, with each time 2 hours. ConclusionThe optimum technology is reasonable and effective.
