目的观察人参皂苷Rb1对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压及氧化应激指标的影响。方法选择12周龄雄性SHR36只,随机分为4组,人参皂苷Rb1大剂量和小剂量组、空白组(生理盐水)、阳性对照组(氨氯地平)。血压正常的京都WistarKyoto(WKY)大鼠9只为正常对照组。于治疗第0周、12周分别用尾袖法测定大鼠动脉收缩压,并分别采血,检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)等指标。结果人参皂苷Rb1作用12周后,大、小剂量组血压均较治疗前明显下降,但较氨氯地平组差;Rb1高剂量组及氨氯地平组分别与生理盐水对照组比,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针对氧化应激指标的检测发现,人参皂苷Rb1作用后,MDA,SOD以及ox-LDL水平都有一定程度的改善,尤其以MDA和oxLDL改变最为显著,与生理盐水组比,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人参皂苷Rb1具有较为显著的抗氧化作用,其降血压效应部分与其对抗氧化应激作用有关。

ObjectiveTo observe the pharmacological effect of ginsenoside Rb1 on blood pressure and oxidative stress indicators in spontaneously hypertension rats. Methods36 12weekold male SHRs were randomly divided into four groups:large doses of ginsenoside Rb1 and small dose group and blank group (saline), positive control group (amlodipine) 9 normotensive Wistar Kyoto rats (WKY) only for the normal control group A tail cuff method was carried out to determine the arterial blood pressure at the treatment of 0 week and the end of 12 weeks respectively Blood was also collected to analysis the indicators of oxidative stress such as SOD activity,MDA level and oxLDL at the same time ResultsAfter 12 weeks treatment with ginsenoside Rb1, the blood pressure of large and small dose groups were significantly decreased than pretreatment, but not superior to the amlodipine group;When Rb1 of high dose group and amlodipine group compared with the control group respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P<005) Detection of oxidative stress index found,after Rb1 treatment, MDA, SOD and oxLDL levels all have a certain degree of improvement, especially for the MDA and oxLDL changed most significantly, compared with the saline group,the difference was statistically significant(P<005). ConclusionGinsenoside Rb1 has significant antioxidant activity, the blood pressure lowering effectsassociated with againsting oxidative stress to some extent.
