摘要:
目的建立藏药巴桑母酥油颗粒中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定巴桑母酥油颗粒中没食子酸的含量,色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱Welch Materials,流动相为乙腈—01%磷酸水溶液(3∶97),流速为10 ml/min;柱温为30℃,检测波长为215 nm,外标一点法定量。结果没食子酸在02~16 μg范围内,与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(n=6)。该方法的平均回收率为9834%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为162%(n=9)。四批样品的含量分别是03224 mg/g、03354 mg/g、03288 mg/g、03269 mg/g。结论高效液相色谱法准确、简便、快速,适合于该制剂的质量控制。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo establish a content determination method of gallic acid in Tibetan medicine Basangmu butter granules. MethodsThe content of gallic acid in Basangmu butter granules was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) , the chromatographic column was Welch Materials C18 , the mobile phase was acetonitrile and 01% phosphoric acid water solution at rate 3:97, the flow rate was set as 10 ml/min, column temperature was set as 30 ℃, detection wavelength was set as 215 nm, used external standard method. ResultsThe gallic acid concentration had a good linear relation with peak area integral quantity in the range of 02~16 μg (n=6), the average recovery rate was 9834%, and relative standard deviation(RSD) was 162% (n=9). Four batches content were 03224 mg/g, 03354 mg/g, 03288 mg/g and 03269 mg/g respectively. ConclusionThe method had showed high accuracy, reliability and reproducibility, so it can be used in the quality control of the preparation.
