摘要:: 卵巢早衰的发病机制与免疫密切相关，深入认识并早期发现免疫性卵巢早衰是防治此病的关键，目前西医激素治疗存在一系列的弊端，本文拟从中医“心—肾—子宫轴”整体性理论、“辨证论治”体系、“治未病”思想等角度，阐述补肾活血法防治免疫性卵巢早衰的进展情况。

Abstract:: The pathogenesis of premature ovarian failure is closely related to immunity. In-depth understanding and early detecting autoimmune premature ovarian is the key to the prevention and treatment of the disease. A series of disadvantages exists in present hormone treatment., This paper aims to expound the occurrence, development and outcome of autoimmune premature ovarian failure from perspectives of the Chinese‘heartkidneyuterine axis’holistic theory, ‘treatment based on syndrome differentiation ’system, ‘preventive treatment’ideology and so on .
