摘要:
越来越多的学者已达成共识:肿瘤是一类细胞周期性疾病。细胞周期的调控依赖多种细胞因子的共同参与,其调控机制异常与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。随着对中药抗肿瘤研究的深入,发现许多中药复方、单味中药和中药有效成分能够将肿瘤细胞阻滞于不同的细胞周期,从而抑制肿瘤细胞增殖并诱导凋亡。本文将对中药阻滞肿瘤细胞周期的研究做一综述。细胞周期的调控依赖多种细胞因子的共同参与,其调控机制异常与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。细胞周期的调控主要由细胞周期蛋白(Cyclins)、细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶(cyclin-dependent kinases, CDKs)和细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制物(cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors, CDKIs)进行调控。细胞周期蛋白主要分为Cyclin A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H、I、K十大类。随着对中药抗肿瘤研究的深入,发现许多中药复方、单味中药和中药有效成分能够将肿瘤细胞阻滞于不同的细胞周期,从而抑制肿瘤细胞增殖并诱导凋亡。抗肿瘤中药在细胞周期中主要阻滞细胞于G0/G1期、S期及G2/M期。
Abstract:
More and more scholars have reached a consensus: tumor is a kind of cell cycle disease. Participating in the regulation of cell cycle depends on a variety of cytokines. The abnormal regulatory mechanism is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor. With the deepening of anticancer researches on traditional Chinese medicine it is found that many Chinese herbal compounds, single herb and effective components of traditional Chinese medicine can block tumor cells in different periods of cell cycle, inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and induce apoptosis. This paper aims to research on traditional Chinese medicine blocking cell cycle of tumor cells.Participating in the regulation of cell cycle depends on a variety of cytokines. The abnormal regulatory mechanism is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor. Cell cycle is regulated by Cyclins, CDKs and CDKIs. Cyclins are divided into Cyclin A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I and K. With the deepening of anticancer researches on traditional Chinese medicine, it is found that many Chinese herbal compounds, single herb and effective components of traditional Chinese medicine can block tumor cells in different periods of cell cycle, inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and induce apoptosis. Anti-tumor medicines primarily arrest cells in G0 / G1 period, S period and G2 / M period of cell cycle.
