摘要:
目的 探讨肝肾阴虚型与非肝肾阴虚型视神经脊髓炎(neuromyelitis optica,NMO)患者临床特点差异。方法 回顾性分析73例NMO患者的中医证型及临床特点,并根据中医证型的不同将其分为肝肾阴虚组和非肝肾阴虚组。将两组性别比例、发病年龄、年复发率等进行分析比较。结果 肝肾阴虚组NMO患者49例,非肝肾阴虚组24例。肝肾阴虚组患者均兼夹痰热瘀,非肝肾阴虚组证型以气虚、气血亏虚、痰瘀为主。与非肝肾阴虚组相比,肝肾阴虚组患者女性多,年复发率较高(P<0.05),首次发病累及视力或
