摘要:
目的 冠脉临界病变为冠心病的一个特定阶段,其中医证候的研究将对其临床治疗方案有重要的意义。方法 本文利用文献检索的方法,检索国内从1979年1月截止到2013年12月的冠心病研究论文和学位论文,筛选了利用冠脉造影检查分类血管狭窄程度并进行中医辨证的研究,归纳总结出冠脉临界病变的中医辨证分型。结果 有17篇论文入选,共682例冠脉临界病变病例,其中心血瘀阻证和痰阻心脉证为冠脉临界病变的主要证型,分别占29.33%和15.4%,心肾阴虚、心阳亏虚、气阴两虚和痰瘀互结也占有一定的比例。结论 冠脉临界病变的主要中
