摘要:
盆底疾病病位位于盆底部,涉及脏腑有膀胱、大肠、胞宫; 经脉有足太阳膀胱经、足阳明胃经、冲任脉; 临床症状因病变脏器不同而不同,根据“病—症—位”结合,取穴以盆底及下腹部穴位为主,结合不同盆底神经分布支配来确定最终主穴:中髎、次髎、会阳、关元、归来; 采用电针深刺,刺至病所,达到治疗目的。
