摘要:
目的 比较生三七、蒸制熟三七在复方丹参配伍中补血和活血的作用差异。方法 人工造成小鼠急性失血性贫血、环磷酰胺造成小鼠白细胞减少及尾静脉注射6%高分子右旋糖苷加冰水刺激造成微循环障碍方法后给予生三七复方丹参、蒸制熟三七复方丹参,测定血常规指标,比较两者补血、活血的作用差异。结果 生三七制复方丹参、蒸制熟三七复方丹参均能极显著的升高小鼠红细胞总数、白细胞总数、血红蛋白含量; 生三七复方丹参对静脉口径各时间段影响都显著且高剂量有降低全血黏度的趋势,但作用不显著。结论 生三七、蒸制熟三七配入到复方丹参中的补血作用相当; 活血方面,生三七复方丹参优于蒸制三七复方丹参。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the pharmacological differences on tonifying and activating blood activities between raw panax notoginseng in compound danshen(RCD)and steamed panax notoginseng in compound danshen(SCD).Methods The experiment was performed on mice artificially induced acute hemorrhagic anemia and cyclophosphamide to induce leucopenia and tail vein injection of 6% molecular dextran and after giving mice with RCD or SCD for certain time,the blood routine indexes were tested to evaluate the diffirences on them. Results RCD and SCD could both significantly increase RBC number, WBC number and Hb content of mices, and RCD had significant effect on venous width at 10min、20min、30min. The high dose group of RCD had a tendency to reduce, but the effect was not significant.Conclusion RCD match into the blood enriching function of SCD fairly and is superior to SCD on Invigorating the circulation.
