摘要:
许铣教授是全国第五批名老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,从事皮肤病专业临床科研教学工作近60年,对各种皮肤疑难杂症的诊断和治疗具有丰富的临床经验。对于湿疹这一皮科门诊常见病,许老在强调西医诊断和鉴别诊断的同时,从中医宏观及西医微观病理学两方面进行综合辨证,以清热祛湿化瘀为湿疹的基本治疗法则,并自拟龙芩除湿汤为基本方化裁。在临床治疗上,中西医并重,既强调中医辨证论治的重要性,同时综合考虑皮损的多重致病原因,给予相应的西医治疗,临床屡奏佳效。
Abstract:
Professor Xu Xian is the fifth batch of national famous old Chinese medicine experts in the academic experience inheritance to guide the work of the teacher, who engaged in skin disease professional clinical scientific research and teaching work in recent 60 years. He has rich clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of various skin difficult miscellaneous diseases. For this skin eczema clinic common disease, he stressed in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation, comprehensively from the macro and micro two aspects of Western medicine pathology study. In order to Qingre Qushi Huayu is the basic rule of treatment of eczema, and using Long Qin Chushi decoction. In clinical treatment,both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, both emphasize the importance of TCM syndrome differentiation, considering the multiple causes skin lesions, gives the western medicine treatment of the corresponding clinical repeatedly played the good effect.
