摘要:
单个病例数据(Individual patient data, IPD)meta分析被认为是系统评价的金标准,与APD meta(Aggregate patient data, APD)分析方法比较,其根本的区别在于获取纳入研究的原始病例数据,并通过审核原始病人数据,能够在一定程度上避免APD meta分析存在的原始发表文献低质量报告、发表偏倚、异质性和使用统计方法局限性等问题。本文阐述了IPD meta分析的概念和方法; 从进行一项meta分析所经历的研究策划、全面系统文献检索和获取数据、研究质量评估/数据审核、统计分析四个步骤比较IPD meta分析和APD meta分析的区别,分析了IPD meta分析的优势; 同时也分析了进行一项IPD meta分析面临的挑战; 最后,针对中医药临床研究复杂干预和常使用复合疗效指标的特点,认为IPD meta分析可能为中医药临床疗效评价带来新的机遇。
