摘要:
辨证论治、有是证用是药是中医特色和生命力所在，证候类中药新药研发符合中医药治疗传统特色和优势。对证候的界定和证候评估标准的确立，是目前证候类中药新药研发研究的难点和瓶颈之一。方证作为方剂用药的临床指征，将方药与证候有机联系在一起，从方证研究入手来确立证候类中药的评估体系，是解决证候类中药研发关键问题的有效途径，笔者根据现代临床的研究结果和思考，提出了基于方证的证候类中药新药研发相关思路的初步设想。旨在抛砖引玉。
Abstract:
Treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine. Research on new medicine of syndrome TCM conforms to the characteristics and advantages of TCM. But it is a difficult point, especially on the defining of TCM syndromes and the establishment of syndrome evaluation standard. The theory of formulas and syndromes, as a clinical guide for prescription, can link formula and medicine with TCM syndromes. The theory is a key to solve the problem. According to the results of modern clinical research and thinking, the author gives us some tentative ideas of how to go forward on the research of new medicine of syndrome TCM based on the theory of formulas and syndromes.
