摘要:
罗氏妇科的学术思想充分体现了岭南妇科的精髓,在岭南地区包括香港的应用甚广。香港地区由于其特殊的地理人文环境和纯中医医疗环境,决定了罗氏妇科的临床应用价值。把握和处理好补肾与健脾、清热祛湿与养阴保津、清上与温下、扶正与祛邪、调气与和血五对治法的关系,是应用罗氏妇科学术思想关键所在。
Abstract:
Prof.LUO's academic ideology embodies the essence of school of southern China Gynecology, and it has been widely known and applied in southern China, including Hong Kong.Special geographic and cultural environment of Hong Kong, underlines the value of Prof.Luo's Genecology.Key to the application of Prof.LUO's Genecology lies in the understanding as well as management of five pairs of therapeutic methods. Namely, nourishing the kidney and spleen, so as to tonify the prenatal and postnatal essence; clearing heat and dispelling dampness and nourishing yin to protect the body fluids; clearing the upper energizer, and warming the lower energizer; reinforcing the healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors; regulating qi and harmonizing blood mutually.
