摘要:
张仲景所著《金匮要略》蕴含了丰富多样的辨证方法,然而一般只提到脏腑经络辨证,实际上,在《金匮要略》中,亦有三阴三阳辨证、八纲辨证、辨体质—辨病—辨证三位一体辨病模式、部位辨证、分阶段—分层次—分期辨证、病因辨证、气血津液辨证等多种辨证方法。
Abstract:
Jin Gui Yao Lue(Synopsis Golden Chamber)written by ZHANG Zhong-jing, consists of the comprehensive schemes of the principles, methods, formulas and medicinals, as well as syndrome differentiation strategies. However, when referring to Jin Gui Yao Lue(Synopsis Golden Chamber), the practitioners always think of the visceral-meridian syndrome differentiation. Actually, there are other various syndrome differentiation strategies, such as syndrome differentiations of the six meridians, the eight principal, constitution-disease-pattern, the location of disease, the different levels or stages, the cause of disease, and the qi, blood, body-fluid. These syndrome differentiation strategies not only set a typical model for later ages but also enlighten later generations to found the more advanced and practical strategies, including triple-jiao syndrome differentiation, wei-qi-ying-xue(defence-qi-nutrient-blood)syndrome differentiation, constitution syndrome differentiation and so on. Moreover, they make significant contributions to complete the system of syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine.
