摘要:
目的 评价糖尿病肾脏病气虚血瘀证证候诊断量表的信度和效度。方法 通过调查100例糖尿病肾脏病患者,运用克朗巴赫α系数评价糖尿病肾脏病气虚血瘀证证候诊断量表的内部一致性信度,运用因子分析的方法评价该量表的结构效度。结果 该量表的克朗巴赫α系数=0.70,去掉任何条目,整个调查表的克朗巴赫α系数变化不大。因子分析结果显示所有条目的公因子方差均＞0.50,提取的公因子累计贡献度64.363%,且旋转后各条目在一个公因子的载荷值较高,载荷值基本＞0.40。结论 糖尿病肾脏病气虚血瘀证候诊断量表信度和效度较好,可以准确可靠地反映糖尿病肾脏病气虚血瘀证的证候特点。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of diagnosis scale for diabetic kidney disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods 100 patients with diabetic kidney were surveyed in this research. Cronbach's α and factor analysis methods were used to evaluate the internal consistency reliability and structural validity of diagnosis scale for diabetic kidney disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Results The Cronbach's α of the scale was 0.70. The Cronbach's α of entire scale was changed little when removed any item. Factor analysis showed all items communality＞0.50, the cumulative contribution of the common factor was 64.363%. After rotation, each item had the highest component matrix in one common factor. The rotated component matrix was almost greater than 0.40. Conclusion The reliability and validity of this scale is good. It can accurately reflect characteristics of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of diabetic kidney disease.
