摘要:
目的 探讨穴位贴敷联合规律肺部康复锻炼对改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的肺功能、运动能力和生存质量的影响。方法 50例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者实施穴位贴敷及规律肺康复锻炼。实施前后,分别对患者进行呼吸困难严重程度分级评定、Borg评分、6分钟步行实验、日常生活活动能力调查、肺功能检查和生存质量调查,评价实施前后上述指标的变化情况。结果 实施后患者呼吸困难严重程度分级标准及Borg评分、6分钟步行距离、日常生活活动能力、肺功能及生存质量均较实施前明显改善(P＜0.05)。结论 穴位贴敷联合规律肺康复锻炼可有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的肺功能,提高运动能力和生存质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of acupoint application associated with pulmonary rehabilitation exercise on the lung function, exercise performance and quality of life in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 50 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were included according to the study. Acupoint application combined with pulmonary rehabilitation exercise was applied. The change of severity classification of dyspnea(MRC and Brog dyspnea scores), six minutes walk test(6MWT), daily activities ability investigation, lung function and quality of life at before and after was evaluate. Results Severity classification of dyspnea(MRC and Brog dyspnea scores), six minutes walk test(6MWT), daily activities ability investigation, lung function and quality of life was significantly improved(P＜0.05)after the implementation. Conclusion Acupoint application associated with pulmonary rehabilitation exercise could improve the lung function, exercise performance and quality of life in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
