摘要:
《覆载万安方》是日本大型汉方医学全书。书中有丰富的辨治伤寒病证的内容,除来源于张仲景的《伤寒论》《金匮要略》外,大量征引了中国元以前医家对伤寒学说的研究和实践成果,同时结合作者个人经验进行阐述。其特色主要体现在经方的适应病证广泛,辨证明确,加减化裁,灵活施用,对药物炮制、方剂煎服、疗效判定、合方及剂型运用等也有独特的阐发,是该书最有特色的内容之一,较好地传承和发展了仲景学术,对日本后世的经方研究与运用具有一定的影响。
Abstract:
“Fu Zai Wan An Fang” is a large-scale Japanese Kampo of medical encyclopedia. It has substantial content of treating typhoid diseases based on syndrome differentiation. Except from Zhang Zhongjing's “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” and “Golden Chamber”, a large number of research and practice results before Yuan Dynasty is cited. At the same time, combined with the author's personal experience The main characteristics embody in the widely used of classical prescription in diseases, accurately diagnose, addition or subtraction of changes, flexible application of drug preparation. It also has a unique explication in processing drugs, prescription decoction, efficacy determination, combined prescription and dosage form application, that is the most distinctive content in the book. The book has better inheritance and development the theory of the Zhongjing, has certain influence on research and application to Japan.
