摘要:
肾活检病理是肾脏病命名分类、明确诊断、指导治疗的重要依据,也是肾脏病中医辨证论治的重要资料。肾脏病微观辨证的专题研究已广泛开展,临床实用价值尚待提高。肾脏病微观辨证的理论体系应是以临床经验为基础,以肾脏微观结构为主体,以中医整体观念、阴阳学说、藏象学说、五行学说等哲学思想为构架而建立。以肾活检病理为主的微观辨证存在一定局限性,肾脏病微观辨证的思路尚待拓宽,理论体系需要大量临床实践进行完善。
Abstract:
Pathology of renal biopsy is the most important basis for naming, types, diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease, and similarly important for Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation. Studies on micro syndrome differentiation of kidney disease are widely carried out. However, the significance of those studies is not profound for clinic. In author's opinion, the theory of micro syndrome differentiation of kidney disease should be based on clinical experience. The principle part of the theory is renal micro structure. The frame includes holistic concept, theory of yin-yang, visceral manifestation and five elements. There are some limitations in micro syndrome differentiation of kidney biopsy pathology. The thinking should be broadened, the theory system should be improved by clinical experience.
