摘要:
通过分析和比较《伤寒杂病论》与《内经》中痞满的论述,指出:(1)病名上,《伤寒杂病论》称为“痞”或“心下痞”,继承了《内经》的称谓,并沿袭至今;(2)病位上,《内经》痞满从太阴脾土论述,《伤寒杂病论》痞满主要在心下胃脘部;(3)病因病机上,《伤寒杂病论》痞满在《内经》“寒”“湿”及“土运不及”基础上发展了痞满的热证、寒热错杂证等;(4)治则治法上,仲景因证立法、因法制方,使痞满理、法、方、药俱备,弥补了《内经》证治的缺失。通过比较,可以看出仲景对《内经》痞满既有继承又有发展。
Abstract:
By comparing and analyzing the discourse of distention and fullness in “Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases” and the “Internal Canon of Medicine”, the results demonstrated:firstly, the name of the disease, “Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases” inherited the appellation of “ruffian” and “epigastric oppression” from “Internal Canon of Medicine” and the names were still used until now; secondly, the disease location, the “Internal Canon of Medicine” had some discussion from the aspect of spleen Meridian while the gastral cavity below the heart was discussed in “Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases”; thirdly, on the etiology and pathogenesis, heat syndrome and cold heat complicated syndrome of distention and fullness was developed in “Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases”based on the theories of “cold”, “dampness” and “dysfunction of spleen in transportation ” in “Internal Canon of Medicine”; lastly, on the therapeutic principles and methods, Zhang Zhongjing set up his methods based on different syndromes, and created the prescriptions based on treatment methods. The way to treat distention and fullness is complete in theories, methods, prescriptions and drugs, Zhang Zhongjing makes up for the deficiency of the “Internal Canon of Medicine”. By comparison, we can see that Zhongjing has inheritance and developmenton of the “Internal Canon of Medicine”.
