摘要:
从多个方面探讨了近年来中药复方对肝癌治疗作用机制的实验研究进展,包括抑制细胞增殖,诱导细胞凋亡,抗血管生成,抑制迁移侵袭,提高免疫功能,改善微环境等。并认为中药复方尤其在肝癌的姑息治疗中发挥着重要作用,中西医结合已成为肝癌姑息治疗中的重要手段。
Abstract:
The mechanism of Chinese herbal compound in treatment of liver cancer is discussed from many aspects in this experimental research progress. Inhibition of cell proliferation, induction of apoptosis, anti angiogenesis, inhibition of migration and invasion, enhancement of immune function and improvement of microenvironment is included. This paper is considered that Chinese herbal compound plays an important role in the palliative treatment of liver cancer, and the combination of TCM and Western medicine has become an important method in palliative treatment of liver cancer.
