摘要:
原发性卵巢功能不全(primary ovarica insufficiency,POI)影响育龄期女性正常月经、生殖功能和生活质量,常规治疗存在局限。针灸治疗原发性卵巢功能不全疗法安全,可恢复POI患者月经、改善血清性激素水平和临床不适症状,且有一定远期疗效。相关随机对照研究在研究方法上存在不区分设定主、次要结局指标,未计算样本量,不重视疗后随访,缺乏针灸安全性报告,忽视研究方案注册等问题。笔者提出可行性建议,以期提高今后相关研究整体质量,增加结论的临床实用性。
Abstract:
Primary ovarian insufficiency affects normal menstruation, reproductive function, and quality of life in women of childbearing age, the conventional therapy has some limitations. The treatment of primary ovarian dysfunction with acupuncture and moxibustion is safe, and it can restore the menstruation of POI patients, improve the serum sex hormone levels and uncomfortable symptom in clinical, and have a certain long-term effect. The current randomized controlled trials related to acupuncture and moxibustion for primary ovarian insufficiency have some deficiencies in research methods and contents, such as cannot distinguish primary and secondary outcome indicator, the sample size is not calculated, no attention is paid to follow-up after treatment, safety report of acupuncture is lack and the registration of study protocol is ignored. This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions, in order to improve the quality of the related research in the future and increase the clinical practicability.
