摘要:
“合谷穴”能有效治疗大肠经远端循行所过部位“面口部”的疾患。面口部与合谷穴在感觉传入路径的重叠会聚,也为“面口合谷收”提供神经解剖基础。随着神经影像技术的发展,功能磁共振成像由于无创伤性、时间空间分辨率高及代谢物质的测定,已成为研究针刺中枢效应机制的手段。针刺合谷穴发现激活脑区具有穴位偏侧性,且不同的刺激方法(包括手针、电针、经皮电刺激)及得气情况也影响脑功能变化。本文从合谷穴的外周神经解剖结构、针刺中枢响应特征、穴位特异性中枢机制来阐述“面口合谷收”的中枢效应机制。
Abstract:
Hegu can effectively treat the orofacial diseases which is the distal end of iarge intestine meridian passing through. The convergence of orofacial region and Hegu in afferent pathway of sensory nerve provides the neuroanatomical basis for “point LI 4 treating diseases in the face and mouth”. with the development of neuroimaging technology, fMRI is a method to explore the mechanism of central effects of acupuncture because of its non-traumatic, high spatial and temporal resolution and the sensitivity in detecting metabolites. Hegu point with acupuncture is found of brain activation lateralization. Also found that different stimulating methods(including manual acupuncture, electroacupuncture and transcutaneous electrical stimulation)and different situations of acuesthesia also affect brain function changes. This article explains the mechanism of “point LI 4 treating diseases in the face and mouth” from the anatomical structure of Hegu peripheral nerve, central response characteristics of acupuncture, central mechanism of acupoint specificity.
