摘要:
糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)是糖尿病最常见的慢性微血管并发症之一,发病率呈逐年递增的趋势,已成为导致终末期肾衰(ESRD)的主要原因。目前现代医学缺乏专门针对DKD的治疗方法,而中医药治疗DKD有其独特优势。本文以病证结合的研究思路为指导,从发病的病因、病机、证候变化规律、双重诊断方法、病证结合干预方案及疗效评价等多个方面对DKD的研究现状和发展方向进行探讨,以期形成更为全面系统的研究方法,弥补现阶段中西医在诊疗方面的不足,并推动病证结合诊疗的不断完善。在病证结合指导下的个体化治疗,将成为中西医结合临床的重要诊疗模式。
Abstract:
Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is one the most common chronic microvascular complications of the diabetes.The incidence was increasing in recent years, and has become the main reason leading to endstage renal failure (ESRD). At present,lack of the treatment specifically for DKD of modern medicine,however, Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of DKD. This review article intends to provide a summary of research and direction for DKD under the guidance of disease and syndrome combined,from the aspects of the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome changes, dualdiagnosis methods, interventions and evaluation of treatment,et al.in order to form a more comprehensive research system, and compensate for the lack of clinical diagnosis and therapy of Chinese and western medicine, in addition, promote the the combination of disease and syndrome. Individualized treatment under the guidance of the combination of disease and syndrome, would become an important clinical mode of integrated Chinese and western medicine.
