摘要:
本文对近年来针灸治疗持续性植物状态(persistentvegetativestate,PVS)的临床研究进行总结,分针灸为主治疗、针灸结合高压氧治疗、综合治疗三部分进行综述。针灸治疗持续性植物状态多选用督脉、心经、心包经穴位,以头面部穴位和四肢末端穴位为多,另有选用特殊针法"回阳九针"、"靳三针"和重用灸法者等。根据PVS本虚标实,虚实夹杂的病理性质,还应配以补益正气的穴位。PVS为临床重症难症,针灸疗效显著,但仍必须树立综合治疗的思想,并要补益与促醒并用,意识与功能并重,以提高PVS患者的苏醒率,并最大程度的促进其功能的恢复。
Abstract:
This paper is a summary of the clinical study of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of persistent vegetative state in recent years, divided into three parts: acupuncture as main therapy, acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment, comprehensive treatment. Acupuncture treatment of PVS selects acupoints of the Du meridian, the heart meridian and the pericardium meridian, acupoints on the head and face, acupoints on the extremities. The special acupuncture “Huiyang nine”, “Jin Sanzhen” and moxibustion also be used. According to pathological nature of PVSdeficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, intermingled deficiency and excess, Tonifying Qi acupoints also should be used. Persistent vegetative state is a severe clinical difficult disease, acupuncture curative effect is remarkable, but still must establish the thought of comprehensive treatment, combination of tonifying and awaking, equal consciousness and function, in order to improve the recovery rate of patients with PVS, and to promote the recovery of the function on the greatest degree.
