摘要:
目的通过专家咨询问卷调查艾滋病阳虚证的常见四诊信息。方法在古文献研究和初步专家咨询的基础上,制定专家问卷,对全国6个主要从事中医药防治艾滋病的定点医院和科研机构中具有中级及以上职称的专家进行调查,问卷核心内容是古文献中提取的阳虚证四诊信息对艾滋病阳虚证诊断的重要程度,在综合分析全体专家的可靠性(积极系数、权威系数)、专家意见集中程度(均数、满分秩)和协调程度(变异系数、协调系数)基础上筛选主要四诊信息,并计算各个独立四诊信息的权重。结果本次调查共发放问卷40份,收回39份,回收率为97.5%,其中有效问卷39份,专家对此次评估总体权威系数0.80,协调系数0.11。根据专家给予的各个四诊信息重要程度评价的分析结果,按照均数>3.5,标准差<1,变异系数<0.30,满分秩≥0.15的标准,确定了32条包含望闻问切诊的症状和体征作为常见的艾滋病阳虚证四诊信息,并分别计算各个四诊信息的权重。结论通过专家问卷的咨询调查明确代表专家共识意见的艾滋病阳虚证常见中医四诊信息,主要集中在中医的脾肾两脏,表现为胃肠道营养吸收、能量代谢系统和精神神经系统的功能障碍。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the diagnosis indices of main symptom of Yangdeficiency syndrome in Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS). Methods Using Delphii method to investigate clinical experts about the screening of diagnosis indices of Yangdeficiency syndrome in AIDS and test the credibility of expert opinions by using concentration degree, Kendall's W, positive coefficient and authoritative coefficient. Results39 questionnaires were received.The positive coefficient is 975% and authoritative coefficient was 080, Kendalls W was 011.According to the criterion of mean＞35，standard deviation ＜1，coefficient of variation ＜030，full score rank≥015, 32 diagnosis indices was screened and weight coefficient was analyzed. ConclusionThe Delphi method of Expert Consultation found that diagnosis indices of Yangdeficiency Syndrome in AIDS were located in “spleen and kidney” of traditional Chinese medicine, clinical manifestations include dysfunction of gastrointestinal absorption, energy metabolism and neuropsychiatric system.
