摘要:
目的建立丁桂儿脐贴中桂皮醛和胡椒碱的含量测定方法。方法采用C18色谱柱(46 mm×250 mm,5 um),测定桂皮醛以甲醇—水(50∶50)为流动相,检测波长为290 nm;测定胡椒碱以乙腈—水(45∶55)为流动相,检测波长为343 nm。结果桂皮醛进样量在01053~33696 μg范围内与色谱峰峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=09999),胡椒碱进样量在002592~025920 μg范围内与色谱峰峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=09999),它们准确度、精密度、稳定性均符合要求。结论采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定丁桂儿脐贴中丁香酚和胡椒碱含量,具有简便、快速、准确等优点,可用于控制丁桂儿脐贴的质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo establish a method for the determination of cinnamaldehyde and piperine in Dingguier Umbilical Paste MethodsDetermination of Cinnamaldehyde:The C18 column (46 mm×250 mm,5 um)was used with the mobile phase of methanolwater (50∶50) The detection wavelength was 290 nmDetermination of piperine:The C18 column (46 mm×250 mm,5 um)was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrilewater (45∶55) The detection wavelength was 343 nm ResultsCinnamaldehyde had the good linearity in the range of 01053~33696 μg(r=09999) Piperine had the good linearity in the range of 002592~025920 μg(r=09999) ConclusionThe method is proved to be simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used to control the quality of Dingguier Umbilical Paste
