摘要:
目的 对功能性便秘患者治疗前后的生活质量进行评价,以观察益气润肠方的临床疗效。方法 分别在治疗前一周和疗程结束后一周使用SF-36健康调查量表(the Mos 36-item Short Form Health Survey)对50例功能性便秘患者进行生活质量评价。结果 治疗组患者治疗后的总分、生理功能(physical function, PF)、总体健康(general health,GH)、活力(vitality,VT)、情感职能(role emotional,RE)、心理健康(mental health,MH)评分均比治疗前有所提高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗后只是情感职能(role emotional,RE)评分有提高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),比较两组患者治疗后评分,治疗组患者的总分、情感职能、心理健康、生理功能、生理机能、总体健康、活力各维度评分均比对照组评分高,并且躯体疼痛评分比对照组低,其中生理功能、心理健康两项具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 益气润肠方临床治疗功能性便秘具有改善临床症状和提高便秘患者生活质量的作用。
Abstract:
Objective Before and after treatment in patients with functional constipation to evaluate the quality of life, reflect the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Runchang party. Methods a week before treatment and after treatment, respectively, using a week SF - 36 Health Survey questionnaire(the Mos 36 - item Short Form Health Survey)to evaluate the quality of life of 50 patients with functional constipation. Results the treatment group after treatment in patients with total score, physiological function, physical function, PF), overall health, general health, GH), energy(vitality, VT), emotional functions(role that, RE), mental health(getting health, MH)scores were improved than before treatment, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Functions of the control group after treatment in patients with only the emotional(role that, RE)scores have improved, with statistical significance(P < 0.05), compared two groups of patients after treatment score, the score of the treatment group patients, emotional functions and mental health, physical function, physiological function and general health, vitality each dimension score score higher than the control group, and body pain score lower than the control group, in which two physiological function, psychological health has statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Runchang can improve clinical symptoms and improve the life quality of patients with constipation.
