摘要:

补肾活血法是中国传统医学治疗骨关节炎的经典传统治法之一,临床疗效确切。为了探讨补肾活血法治疗骨关节炎的机制,对近年来补肾活血法治疗骨关节炎的基础文献进行整理、分析、总结,发现白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)、肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)等细胞因子在骨关节炎中扮演重要的角色,补肾活血法可以有效降低这些因子水平,从而改善慢性滑膜炎症,控制和减轻软骨破坏,减轻疼痛,增强肌肉耐力及关节活动能力等。其对骨关节炎的治疗可能是基
