摘要:
岭南罗氏妇科流派代表医家罗元恺教授从医60年,临证经验丰富,擅长于调经、助孕、安胎。罗元恺教授诊病之时,首重望诊,并总结了妇科望诊的特征和规律; 其一是从神态、面色的变化发现重证,方可及时救治; 其二是从舌象辨脏腑之虚实寒热,尤以淡黯舌辨肾气虚损,与紫黯舌之血瘀证鉴别; 其三是通过辨形体特征、辨月经、带下来分析妇科疾病的证候。
Abstract:
Prof.LUO Yuan-kai, a representative figure of the School of Lingnan Luo's Gynecology was good at management of menstrual disorders, assistant pregnancy and miscarriage prevention.Prof.LUO gave priority to inspection and summarized the major characteristics of inspection in gynecology as the following three rules.Firstly, key to timely treatment of disease is subtle changes in spirit and facial complexion.Secondly, the tongue manifestation helps to differentiate deficiency from excess patterns and cold from heat patterns of internal organs, particularly between a light dark tongue which indicates deficiency and detriment to kidney qi and a purple dark tongue which indicates a blood stasis pattern.The final rule is to identify gynecologic patterns systematically through physical features, menstruation and leucorrhea.
