摘要:
目的 研究帕金森病中医证候特征,为中医辨证治疗帕金森病提供依据。方法 选取2015年1月～2015年12月就诊于北京中医药大学东直门医院、北京医院、北京大学第三医院的帕金森病患者100例为帕金森病组,东直门医院体检健康人群60例为对照组,采用中医证候诊断量表诊断中医证候,采用赫雅分级评价疾病严重程度,通过两组中医证候比较,分析帕金森病中医证候特征,采用Spearman相关性分析法分析帕金森病中医证候与赫雅分级的相关性。结果(1)帕金森病组髓减证、肝风证、气虚证、内热证、阴虚证、阳亢证出现频率和证候积分均显著高于正常组(P＜0.05),其中髓减证出现频率最高,占68%,肝风证次之,占57%。(2)髓减证与赫雅分级呈正相关(r=0.233,P=0.020)。结论 帕金森病主要中医证候是髓减证、肝风证; 气虚证、内热证、阴虚证、阳亢证也是帕金森病常见证候; 髓减证与疾病严重程度关系密切。
