摘要:
本文通过对韩医713首处方的数据研究,探讨了经方常用50味药物(Top50)在韩医临床的用量情况,包括用药频次,药物最大剂量、最小剂量和平均剂量。结果表明:韩医用药频次位于前15味的药物与张仲景使用频次最高15味药物有9味相同,与明代医生使用频次最高前15位药物有14味相同。Top50在韩医临床的平均剂量范围有80%的药物在3g/日～6g/日之间; 83%的药物最小量不超过2g/日; 85%药物的最大量不超过30g/日。
Abstract:
This article discusses the dosage of the most commonly used 50 drugs (Top50) in Shanghan Zabing Lun, including frequency, maximum, minimum dose and average dose. The 713 prescriptions came from contemporary Korean doctors. The research results show that Korean doctors have 9 same drugs in the top 15 most commonly used drugs as Zhang Zhongjing, and 14 same drugs as the Ming Dynasty doctors. The 80% average dose of Top50 medicines in Korean doctors are between 3 g/d and 6 g/d; the minimum of 83% medicines does not exceed 2 g/d; the maximum of 85% medicines not more than 30 g/d.
