摘要:

慢性前列腺炎是泌尿男科的常见多发病,其病程迁延难愈、常反复发作,严重影响着患者的身心健康。根据慢性前列腺炎的临床特点,其发病与肝的关系尤为密切。因肝司阴器,肝郁气滞、肝经湿热、寒凝肝脉是引起慢性前列腺炎的重要病机。治疗慢性前列腺炎应责之于肝,治法包括疏肝气、解肝郁、清肝热、养肝血、温肝经等,同时应重视对患者的心理疏导。从肝论治慢性前列腺炎有着重要的临床意义。

Abstract:

Chronic prostatitis(CP)is a common disease of urology and andrology. It seriously impacts the physical and mental health of the patients, because it frequently recured and can not be cured completely. According to the clinical characteristic of CP, we found that the pathogenesises of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are closely related to liver(Gan). Because the liver channel named in TCM is distributed at external genitalia area, Qi stagnation of liver, dampness-heat of liver channel and coldness accumulation in liver channel are the main pathogenesises of CP. Thus the treatment of CP with TCM should be aimed at liver. The treatment principles of CP in TCM includ relieving depressing of liver, relieving stagnation of liver, dispelling the heat of liver, nourishment of liver blood, warming channel of liver, etc. Moreover, psychological counseling is also a treatment method for patients with CP. There is a clincial significance to treat patients with CP from liver in clinical practice of TCM.
