摘要:
目的研究中药白疕合剂对银屑病样动物模型表皮细胞增殖及微血管的影响。方法用盐酸普萘洛尔诱导银屑病动物模型。将实验动物按随机数字表法分组，即正常组、模型组、白疕合剂低、高剂量组、消银颗粒组，分别给予相应的药物进行动物实验。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血清环磷酸腺苷(cyclic adenosine monophosphate，cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷（cyclic guanosine monophosphate，cGMP）的含量及血管内皮生长因子水平。结果中药白疕合剂组血清中cAMP含量升高、cGMP含量降低、cAMP/cGMP比值升高，与模型组比较均有显著性差异（P<001）；血清血管内皮生长因子水平降低，与模型组比较均有显著性差异（P<005）。结论中药白疕合剂对银屑病的治疗可能与提高血清中cAMP含量、降低cGMP含量、调节cAMP/cGMP比值及降低血清血管内皮生长因子水平有关。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the effect of white mange medicine mixture on the psoriasislike epidermal cells proliferation function and microvascular of animalmodel. MethodsPropranolol was applied to make the psoriasislike model of animal. The experimental animals were randomly divided into normal group，model group，white mange (lowandhigh dose) group， and Xiaoyin granules(lowand highdose)group， and then they were given corresponding medicine to carry on the experimentation. The level of cAMP and cGMP and serum vascular endothelial growth factor was detected by ELISA. ResultsThe level of serum cAMP was increased and cGMP was decreased,the ratio of cAMP/cGMP was increased, which are of remarkable differences from the model group(P<001). The level of serum VEGA was decreased remarkable differences from the model group(P<005). ConclusionChinese medical white mange possesses the significant treatment effect on psoriasis, which maybe attributed to increase the level of serum cAMP and decrease the level of cGMP,adjust the ratio of cAMP/cGMP,and decrease the level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor.
