摘要:
岭南罗氏妇科倡导肾—天癸—冲任—子宫轴在月经调节中的作用,调经顺应月经周期阴阳消长的变化,治疗月经病强调以肾为核心,肾脾并重,但也重视疏肝养肝调肝。补肾注重调节肾的阴阳平衡,长于通过调肝肾以调冲任,调脏腑以调气血。用药轻灵,擅用南药,讲究药物配伍,用药精当。
Abstract:
The School of LUO's Gynaecology advocates the role of kidney-tiān guǐ(reproduction-stimulating essence)- the chong and ren mai-uterus axis in menstrual regulation, and it holds that menstrual menstruation should be in accordance with the waxing and waning of yin-yang in menstrual cycles.Treatment of menstrual disorders should be kidney-centered, with equal emphasis placed on the kidney and spleen.Moreover, soothing and nourishing the liver should also be emphasized.Pay attention to yin-yang balance of the kidney while tonifying the kidney.The School of LUO's Gynaecology marvels at regulating the liver and kidney to adjust the chong and ren mai, and at regulating the viscera and bowels to regulate qi and blood.This school favors medicinals that grows south of the Yangtse River and North of the Lingnan area and devotes particular care to medicinal compatibility with accuracy.
