摘要:
目的对比研究山药炮制前后降血糖、调节免疫及抗衰老作用的变化。方法以小鼠为研究对象,比较生山药、清炒山药、麸炒山药、膨化山药对血糖、免疫调节及抗衰老作用的影响。结果生山药、清炒山药、麸炒山药、膨化山药在小鼠的降血糖作用、免疫调节作用及抗衰老作用方面无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论山药炮制前后主要药理作用无显著变化。
Abstract:
ObjectiveComparative study the change of Rhizoma Dioscoreae pharmacological activity before and after processing. MethodsStudying with mice, to compare theeffectsof various Rhizoma Dioscoreae which got from various processing methods on blood sugar,immune regulation and antiaging. ResultThe diffrent rhizoma dioscoreae which got from various processing technology was no significant difference (P>0.05) in lowering blood glucose in mice,immune regulation and antiaging role.ConclusionThe main pharmacological of rhizoma dioscoreae before and after processing was no significant change.
