摘要:
方剂功效来源于方中诸药的功效，但是，方剂功效又不等同于方中诸药功效的简单叠加。纵观中医历代医学著作，方剂的功效表述明显滞后于方剂的主治，在大量的古方中仅记载了方剂的方名、药物、主治及服用方法，未明确记载方剂的功效，即便有功效描述也常常夹杂在主治或方论之中。探索方剂功效认定的基本原则可以对古代大量无功效记载方剂进行功效补充，为古方功效研究提供更多的理论支撑，并引导古方研究进入更深层次，促使其临床转化及科研应用，从而有利于方剂学的继承和创新。
Abstract:
The efficacy of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM) is based on the herbs. However, the efficacy of the prescription is not equal to the simple superposition of the drug efficacy in the prescription.The efficacy of prescription is obviously lagging behind the indications of prescription. In a large number of ancient literature, only records of prescriptions, medicine, indications and methods of use, not clearly documented prescription effect, even if there is a function of the description is often mixed in the indications or discourse on prescription. Explore the basic principles of the efficacy of prescription can supplement the efficacy to a large number of ancient prescriptions which is without the efficacy of prescription. This study can provide the theoretical support for the research of efficacy of ancient prescription, and may promote its clinical transformation and scientific research application, which is beneficial to the inheritance and innovation of TCM.
