摘要:
胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)与中医学“吐酸”“食管瘅”等病相类似,基于中医古籍研究及胃腑本身生理病理特点,多数医家认为GERD的主要病机为胃失和降,其与GERD的典型症状、不典型症状及食管外症状的产生密切相关。临床上以“通降法”为原则治疗GERD往往能够收效,相关的基础研究也已阐明通降胃气类中药可能参与调控GERD症状产生机制。全文着眼于从胃主通降的角度阐释GERD症状产生机制,以期进一步为中医药治疗和改善GERD临床症状提供理论支持。
Abstract:
The clinical symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)correspond to “acid regurgitation” “pyretic abundance of esophageal ”in Chinese medicine. Through the investigation of Chinese medicine ancient books and pathophysiology of gastric, most clinicians of Chinses medicine think that stomach qi rising can induce the typical symptoms, a typical symptoms and extraesophageal symptoms of GERD. Treatment based on the principle of “dredging and descending method” can take effects, related research has also been elucidated that dredging and descending stomach qi medicine may be involved in the regulation mechanism of GERD symptoms. This paper is from the view of stomach dredging and descending to provide the theory support for the treatment and improvement of the symptoms of GERD in clinical treating.
