摘要:
“脾恶湿”是中医脾胃学说中的重要概念,《黄帝内经》关于脾、湿及其相互关系有着丰富的记载,形成了“脾恶湿”的相关理论。“脾恶湿”所涉理论颇为广泛,历史上众医家对之多有发挥与阐扬,此尤与《内经》的理论奠基密切相关。“脾恶湿”同样对于临床实践具有深刻的指导性,特别是当今脾因湿而生之病众多,亦使该理论探讨更具现实意义与价值。故本文试从《内经》为源,研究论述相关理论内涵,挖掘分析相关应用领域,浅议“脾恶湿”所蕴含的认识与理解。
Abstract:
The spleen is intolerant of dampness is a key conception in the theory of spleen and stomach of TCM. “Inner Canon of Huangdi has a rich record of the spleen, dampness and their mutual relations, forming the theory of the spleen is intolerant of dampness. The theory of the spleen is intolerant of dampness involves a wide range of theories. In the history, many medical scientists had explained and developed it, which was closely related to the theory foundations of “Inner Canon of Huangdi”. The theory of the spleen is intolerant of dampness also has a profound guidance for clinical practice, many diseases are induced by the spleen being disturbed by dampness in today, makes the theory more practical significance. Therefore, this article tries to study the relevant theoretical connotation, mining and analyzing the relevant application fields, discussing the understanding and comprehension of the spleen is intolerant of dampness.
