摘要:
本文对“火郁发之”在《黄帝内经》中的本义进行了探讨。火郁,与运气的火郁有关,既有火运之郁,也有火气之郁; 寒水之制外,多种气化运动失常皆可造成。火郁“发之”的治法,是在自然界“火郁之发”的启示之下,对人体气机郁滞状态加以疏导,使之流畅。“发之”的用药,是“以苦发之”“辛苦发之”,且“发不远热”,以辛味药、苦温药为主。治疗火郁,需注意清热与透热并行。
Abstract:
This paper discusses the original meaning of “dispersing fire for treating depressing of fire” in Huangdi Neijing, in which depressing of fire is related to Five Movements and Six Climates(Yunqi). Whether fire in Five Movementsor fire in Six Climates could be depressed, by water in Yunqi and some related disorder of movement of qi. Therapy of “release of fire stagnation” is inspired by the dispersing of fire in Yunqi in nature, and the therapy can disperse the stagnant qi in human body to make the qi flow smoothly. The medication is mainly composed of acrid drugs and bitter and warm drugs. Finally, clearing heat and dispersing fire are both important in the treatment of depressing of fire.
